One of our goals at Accelerate Group is to help pastors and their spouses invest in their marriage in tandem with their ministry. Performing at a high level on a consistent basis demands proactive planning and diligent preparation, we equip couples with practical tools to keep both at a healthy and sustainable balance.

Pastor Don, Sue, and the team will take you through critical discussion topics they’ve encountered in ministry and marriage. Their unique approach to how the agenda unfolds at this 3-day event will surprise you and enrich your relationship and ministry skills, recharging you for the season ahead. A highlight for the ladies during this retreat is the time spent with other women who can relate to their unique roles and demands in the church. Sue leads the ladies in real, valuable, and candid conversations on raising a family, taking care of the home, and navigating through tough seasons of ministry as a pastor’s wife. Spouses will develop a support network throughout the retreat and gain new friendships to share their experiences and wisdom.
